Eligibility

Open to residents of Saskatchewan who are of legal age to purchase vapour products in Saskatchewan (18+) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

How to enter

  1. Scan the QR code at any participating Vaping The Way store in Regina, or visit the entry page on your phone.
  2. Complete the entry form with your name, mobile number and date of birth, and accept these rules.
  3. You will receive an entry number on screen. No purchase is necessary. Entering does not require, and is not connected to, the purchase of any product.

Prize

The prize is described above. It is not a vaping or tobacco product, is not redeemable for vaping or tobacco products, and has no cash value. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Draw and notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the draw date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be contacted by phone at the number provided. If the winner cannot be reached within 5 days, or declines the prize, another entry will be drawn.

Skill-testing question

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

Claiming

The prize must be claimed in person at a Vaping The Way store in Regina within 30 days of notification. Government-issued photo ID is required to confirm identity and age.

Personal information

Information collected is used to administer this giveaway. Entries that do not opt in to marketing are deleted within 90 days of the draw. If you opt in, we will use your mobile number and email to send you offers and news from Vaping The Way; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link or STOP instruction in each message. We do not sell your information.

General

Void where prohibited. The Sponsor may cancel or amend the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor affects its fairness or proper conduct. Decisions of the Sponsor are final. By entering, you agree to these rules.
